PHETRAM is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

B. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable:

The package may be held at a local carrier facility for pickup.
If the package is returned to PHETRAM due to repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may be required for reshipment.
C. Lost or Damaged Packages

7. Shipping Availability
PHETRAM currently ships to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO military addresses.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping costs, duties, and delivery timelines will be clearly displayed during checkout.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact PHETRAM within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
